Installed Application Information: Gopeso will collect the names of your installed applications, installation time, update time, and other necessary information for analyzing your credit rating and credit risk. This data will be encrypted and uploaded to https://api.gopesoph.com and will not be shared with any third parties.

Files, Media, and Photos: Gopeso requires access to your files, media, and images in order to accelerate the application process and make it simple for you to upload files and images.

SMS: In order to evaluate the customer's credit status, the Gopeso app needs permission from the user to upload and transfer SMS data. The purpose of this phase is to determine whether the client qualifies for a loan application. Your data won't be shared with any outside parties; instead, customer contact information will be encrypted and submitted to https://api.gopesoph.com for risk assessment.

Mobile Device Data: In order to prevent, detect, and look into real or suspected crimes as well as to assess and manage business risks, Gopeso needs access to the data on your mobile device. For instance, we will alert you through our application if any transactions take place while you have your account logged in on a different device. (e.g., device identifiers such as SIM cards or IMEIs; device type; operating system; device settings; user account information for your Google Play Store or mobile device; name and network information of your mobile network provider; device specifications (e.g., screen size, resolution, etc.); information about network proximity

Contacts: Gopeso requires emergency contact information from you in your loan application as it is a necessary step in our financing procedure. To help us limit the number of erroneous loan applications and credit risks, we will examine the contact list you have provided and look for any potential fraud concerns. Names, phone numbers, and any other pertinent information (such relationships) will be the only contact details we gather and keep. We ensure that no information you submit will be shared with any third parties without your permission. Your information will be securely communicated via HTTPS protocol to our server at https://api.gopesoph.com. The contact details you submitted will be promptly deleted once we have assessed your risk level.

Camera: Gopeso needs access to your camera to verify that this is your own operation and that you can upload the necessary files for the loan application in order to identify users and conduct background checks.

Usage and Update Status of Installed Apps: We will gather important information about the installed apps on your device, such as when they were last opened and how long you used them, in order to improve your experience and offer personalized services. We can better understand your preferences and usage habits with the aid of this information. You may be confident that your security and privacy are very important to us. All user information is encrypted and maintained securely; it will never be shared with outside parties.

Whenever possible, we have taken policies to insure ourselves against the effects of cybercrime.

We work to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, so that it becomes extremely difficult for unauthorized third-parties to illegally obtain access to your information.

In the unfortunate and unwanted event that your information is lost, or misused or altered by third parties, you have the right to rectify any such inaccurate information within our control.

6. Where and how do we store your data?

Data that is sent to Sumulong Financing, Inc. through the Gopeso app and that data sent through the Gopeso app using an Application Programming Interface (API) to Gopeso servers are securely stored on these servers, which are owned and controlled by Sumulong Financing, Inc. Other frequently used data used in the handling of your loan through the Gopeso app are also secured in your phone helps improve the way the application works for you.

Your phone stores the original images of all files you scanned for your application.

7. How long do we store your information?

We keep the necesarry information related to your account as long as it is active. We will clear your account data within seven (7) days after your account's closure. for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which it was originally gathered and for other legitimate purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations, we keep other personal information.

Your data and account will be permanently deleted if you follow the account deletion guidelines; our team won't be able to access the account again.

8.Updates to Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our app, and the changes will be effective upon posting.
